There is something about Fall that makes me want to cozy up inside with a warm blanket and clear my schedule of all responsibilities. Anyone else? November and December are going to be insanely busy for me, so I took some much needed me-time and escaped to my favorite resort for a bit of calm before the storm. It is so important to allow yourself to recharge and enjoy the “now”, especially when going into the busy holiday season!! Sipping on wine, enjoying a good book/listening to podcasts and relaxing for an entire weekend made me feel like an entirely new person.
