I feel so blessed to have this man in my life. No one in this world deserves to be spoiled more than him. Not just on his Birthday, but every single day. He is the most hard-working and dedicated individual in every aspect of his life, and makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world. It is not every day that you meet someone who truly makes you want to be a better person and constantly motivates you to be the best version of yourself. I am so grateful that he chose me, and will spend every single day proving how cherished he is. Happy Birthday, Patrick, I’d give you the moon if I could.

The dress of all dresses.
It was an absolute dream to wear this incredible Leanne Marshall gown, from their Spring 2016 Collection, for our 6 Year Anniversary shoot with Andrea Lowry last month. I have never worn a gown more intricately made, or more breathtakingly beautiful as this one. I first discovered Leanne Marshall at NYFW and instantly fell in love. I felt an immediate connection to Leanne Marshall when I learned that she graduated from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in San Francisco. I also recognized her name, as she was the winner of Project Runway , Season 5, in 2008. There is no designer that reflects my style more accurately when it comes to elaborate gowns. This stunner is the exact same gown that Carrie Underwood wore to host the 49th Annual CMA Awards, which made it all the more meaningful.
Whimsical, flowy, graceful and classic – the backbone of The City Blonde and the perfect description of this gown.
This evening was absolutely perfect and felt like a real-life fairytale.

I actually just wore the chain from one of my clutches as a belt as a last minute option!! I later found several similar small chain belt options on Amazon! xx
