This series was taken at the Legion of Honor, an incredibly beautiful museum that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Golden Gate Bridge. The architecture makes you feel like you are wandering around in Paris. I think of it as a hidden gem of San Francisco that not enough people are aware of.

I am so excited that it is going to be in the 80’s tomorrow! The weather has been so up and down here in SF so it has been hard to decide what to wear! My favorite item and go-to look when transitioning into Spring is a sweater dress! I take my biggest and comfiest sweater dresses/sweaters and pair them with a belt to accentuate the figure. I am OBSESSED with this ivory lace trimmed sweater from Lillie Avenue, an adorable new boutique in Colorado Springs! I wore a skin-toned slip under the sweater because it is a tad bit see through. I’m a shorty so I can get away with wearing most oversized sweaters as dresses, but if you are a bit taller I would suggest getting a longer slip to go underneath! The heels are from Modern Vintage Boutique, and have been on repeat lately!

Today’s post is a weekend staple. Ripped jeans, t-shirt, leather, gold details.. it’s basically my go-to when I don’t know what to wear for a night out. And hats are my savior for that third-day-hair haha! These jeans are only $70 from TopShop! And I am obsessed with this T-Shirt from Miss Tallulah Boutique. I love that the sleeves are a little bit longer than the average t-shirt, it just feels a lot comfier for some reason! However, the top makes me miss Paris SO much. I can’t wait to go back!
Wow – the weekend flew by! We had so much fun showing my parents around the city. On Friday night we took them to our favorite restaurant, Una Pizza Napoletana. Saturday we decided to make a quick trip up to Napa for the day to sip on some wine and enjoy each others company. We started the day of with Champagne flights at Domaine Carneros, then went to our favorite winery in Napa, Sequoia Grove (always a staple when we’re in town), headed up to ZD Wines (their Chardonnay is amazing) and ended our wine tasting at Flora Springs. It was such an incredible day filled with good wine and even better company. On Easter we HAD TO take my parents to Mama’s for brunch. Sure the line is always an hour long and they only take cash.. but it is SO worth it! There was a carnival held on our street and it was complete madness! If you saw my snapchats then you know! Hah!

Can I first just say that this year is already flying by!! It is already Easter?! How crazy is that! This year has brought so many exciting opportunities and I am filled with so much joy! I am beyond grateful and aware of all of the blessings in my life and constantly feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I am thankful for my health, my incredible parents that are here celebrating Easter with me today, my boyfriend that is truly heaven sent and makes all my days bright, my hard-working brother and my soon to be sister, my supportive and inspiring friends, the list goes on and on.
