Valentine’s Day is just around the corner which means we need to start thinking about Date Night dresses! This Self Portrait dress is one of my all-time favorites and the pop of red makes it perfect for a romantic night with your man. I wear it every chance I get! There are so many pretty details in this dress and it is insanely flattering with its tiered A-Line silhouette, with peplum ruffles starting at the waist.
Good morning, lovely people! I am heading up to Point Reyes today for a shoot and seriously cannot wait. I’ve wanted to go to the Cypress Tree Tunnel since I moved to San Francisco a year ago, so i’m looking forward to finally crossing that off my list today! We will also be shooting at Drake’s Beach. Happy Monday, guys! It has been raining nonstop in San Francisco, so Patrick and I literally had the laziest weekend ever and it was magical. On Saturday we went on a double date and saw The Arrival at a jammed packed theatre, apparently everyone had the same rainy day idea as us, and yesterday we binge watched Shameless. I was totally disconnected from emails and barely touched my phone. I didn’t even know I needed a recharge, but I felt so motivated waking up this morning after being a complete bum all weekend. I’m ready to tackle this week and start checking off my to-dos. Anyone else?
After being in Colorado for two and a half weeks, I am happy to say I am back at my office in San Francisco writing this cozy and warm. I felt like such an ice princess in this look that we shot on a snowy day in Morrison, Colorado. It is no surprise that I am in love with this dress, so I actually decided I needed it in every color. I actually think it is a dress that every girl needs at least one of in their closet for fancy occasions. It is so incredibly flattering and I love that it is already lined because there is nothing worse than having to ruin a pretty lace dress by having to wear some kind of slip under it that never matches perfectly. I got this navy lace dress from Alter Ego, where I also got the same one in wine (remember this blog post?) and pink (blog post here).
Good morning! I hope this post finds you as well as possible, as we all struggle coming back from the holiday coma. Patrick and I are still in Colorado and will be heading home tomorrow afternoon. We have had such an incredible and relaxing time here, but after being away for 2 and a half weeks, I am definitely ready to get back and set myself up for a very successful 2017.
