I try to get out of the city any chance I get to explore Northern California. There are so many incredible places within only a couple hours from San Francisco, and i’m constantly falling in love with different spots on the map. Drake’s beach in Pt. Reyes was nearly vacant this day and is one of those places that just leaves you in awe. The sand was nearly black and the coastal cliffs that stretched for miles felt more like Ireland than California.
Good morning, loves! Keeping it super casual today in this layered knit I recently got from K. Ellis Boutique. Love the sheer layer underneath and the open back detail. It is casual, but is much more unique than the typical cream sweater, which I love! It’s all in the details. Also these jeans are so insanely comfy, but also suck everything in if you know what I mean. I ripped the knee holes a little extra and paired them with these grey heels from Lola Shoetique. Grey/Navy colored heels give the same slimming effect as nude heels when paired with jeans!
Happy Monday, guys! I wore this look to go shopping downtown the other day and got so many compliments on it that I had to share it with you! I think every woman should have a nice, staple, black body con dress in their closet. It pairs with well with a vest, trench coat, etc. and is my favorite to wear with OTK boots. A rare Sunday post was in order when I got these incredible photos back from Tyler Rye Photography. Tyler Rye is an amazing photographer residing in Utah. Tyler reached out to me about working together while he was in Northern California scouting for locations for his Photography Workshop in March. He had mentioned meeting in Pt. Reyes, so I immediately suggested that we check out the Cypress Tree Tunnel! I had been wanting to go here since I first heard of it over a year ago, and was so excited that I got to go with such an insanely talented photographer. I posted a sneak peek on my Instagram Story and Snapchat and got so many questions about where in the world we were! The tunnel is about a 2 hour drive from the city and makes for a perfect day trip. I wore this flowy, cold-shoulder maxi from Modern Vintage Boutique to meet up in Pt. Reyes and it ended up complimenting the scenery perfectly! Love this dress for coastal getaways in the Spring.

I have been thinking a lot about Valentine’s Day already and want to make it extra special this year. I’ll take any excuse to get all dolled up, and when this pretty LBD showed up at my doorstep, it was love at first sight. This beaded neckline is EVERYTHING. It is rare that I wear my hair up, but I had to show off this insane beaded detail. The A-line skirt gives the prettiest silhouette, and the matte satin skirt was made for twirling. The perfect date night look.
