Stocking the New House with Wine from Macy’s Wine Shop
After a week strait of rain in San Francisco, I am loving that there is LOTS of sun in the forecast! I am one of those weird individuals that loves the rain. To me rain means staying cozy and warm inside – which is exactly what I did all last week. I stayed in and caught up on a bunch of work and got some major planning in for the next couple months. I am ready for the sunny days ahead, however, and am excited to have good weather for friends that are visiting this weekend!
It has been rainy and foggy every day this week. So many people complain and hate this weather and I’m just over here like.. um HELLLOOO! It looks like a mystical wonderland out here. Still in such awe with how beautiful this city is and what a dream it feels like to be engulfed by the fog.

So, there are two things I LOVE and they are off the shoulder tops & Spring. There is such a switch in my mood when the sun starts coming out more and my summer pieces get to come back into rotation. Can we talk about this top? Literal perfection. I love that you can wear it with jeans, shorts, a maxi skirt.. anything and it will automatically make your outfit look cute. I’ve also rekindled my love affair with hats. A lavender floppy hat to welcome Spring? I can’t think of anything better. And it’s proving to be impossible for me to take off this gold and white watch from Abbott Lyon. It’s so classy and chic and come on, anything gold makes me swoon. I’m thinking about heading down to the farmer’s market today to pick up some fresh goods for the week! Hope you are all having a lovely weekend my lovely people! Just a couple more weeks till it’s officially Spring!
Just when you think Spring has arrived – a couple weeks of rain enter the forecast. I’m using it as an excuse to wear my favorite winter items a few more times. I have a crazy obsession with blanket scarves and use them a million different ways! I always take one with me when traveling because it is always -30° on the place (seriously though, am I the only one that thinks this?!). I wear them as scarves, obviously, but also as ponchos. I’ve really been digging maroon all winter long and this wine and grey blanket scarf that I got it up in Napa has been a staple in my closet during the winter months. And these Stuart Weitzman OTK boots were the best investment I ever made. I wear them almost every day because they go with everything and glam up any look! I will be ducking in and out of coffee shops today to stay out of the rain and use these next few gloomy days to catch up on some work.
