This weekend flew by and I can’t believe it’s already Monday! Patrick and I spent the weekend in Sonoma wine-tasting, including a stop at one of our favorite wineries, Chateau St. Jean. You can already start to see signs of Fall during the quick hour and a half drive from San Francisco to Sonoma, making me even more excited for the crisp air and pumpkin-scented candles that are just around the corner!

During this transitional time, I love to pair sweaters with skirts or shorts. It is a perfect stepping stone to the Fall season and gives a cozy Fall feeling without dying of heat! This top and this skirt are staples in my wardrobe – I wear them all the time and can pair them each with so many different items for different looks. The top comes in black, too!
