As we get older, I find myself becoming closer and closer to my mom. Sometimes too close (I am VERY clingy and call her multiple times a day). Anyone that is a daughter or has a daughter would understand that a Mother-Daughter bond is truly unlike any other.

However, once I started looking more and more into what the Lexus Performance

I have a feeling a lot of you will relate to our journey:

We started with a loving relationship, fought each other in high school and then became best friends in my 20s.

I guess I finally came to the realization that everything she did was in my best interest, even if I could not always see it.

Slowly I find myself morphing into my mom and that makes me so incredibly proud. If I could be just a sliver of her, I would be happy. She is fiercely independent, at the top of a male-dominated career as an engineer, runs half-marathons like it’s no big deal and is beyond generous to everyone she meets.

I 10/10 recommend everyone gets photos done with their mom or mother figure. It symbolizes the evolution it has taken for us to get to this point and I will cherish these images forever.

Also, can we just talk about how she legit looks like my sister and not my mom?
